Moth whole is known to have a similar taste to moong beans but with a nuttier flavor. These tiny beans are cooked with other vegetables for a staple curry in North India. Our organic Moth bean, seeds are potential reservoir of protein and other essential mineral and vitamins making it essential supplement of perfect diet. It is tiny (3-4 mm) edible beans, which range in color from light brown to dark reddish brown. The sprouted beans taste somewhat sweet. The beans are soaked overnight to make them sprout. These sprouted beans are used for salad.
